our stepping stone that puts you straight into the fray of the digital world. deliverables include:
- facebook overhaul: new header & profile, updated hours / days of week, location, categorization (ensures your page is suggested to people who like similar businesses), phone number, link to instagram feed (if applicable), menu (if applicable). includes up to 10 responses to existing customer commentary with agreed upon messaging and one “come out and see us” post (not promoted).
- google mybusiness overhaul: listing claimed on your behalf, updated phone number, address, business hours, categorization, photos, and website link (if applicable).
- instagram account creation / overhaul: update or create your business’ instagram including heading photo, profile, location, and bio. includes one “come and see us post.” can also link directly to facebook to ensure that anything you post on instagram also shows up on facebook.
- yelp overhaul & assessment: ensure phone number, address, and hours are correct; provide recommendation on customer response strategy.
- twitter: if desired, we will also update your twitter and link it to / from any other social media account.

social package // $400
did you know that only 10% of the people who like your page–your audience on facebook–is shown your posts organically? you have to pay to have more of your audience see each post–or you can create good content and post consistently. this addition to the base package is designed to get you in front of your consumers consistently. includes:
- 10 pieces of custom content for facebook / instagram or twitter based on the likes and behavioral affinities of your core consumer. we will work together on what the right venues are for your business.
- 15 custom hashtags based on your business and consumer activity in your area
- a customized content calendar noting when they should be published as well as other key moments you might think about posting for.
- a recommendation of posting style, type, frequency, and content suggestions for 10 future posts of your own creation.
search package // $300
this addition to the base package gives you:
- 10 terms that are, according to google, high volume and low competition for your business in your area, telling you exactly how your customers are searching for businesses like yours.
- 5 pages of your site assessed from the perspective of consumer search intent with recommendations for updates.
- 3 pieces of custom, written content based on those terms to help your site rank.
customer service package // $500
frequently, consumers use social media to ask questions and to comment on your business – and we all know that people only comment when they are really thrilled or really upset. with this package, you get
- one month of up to 40 responses on two social media sites of your choosing (for example, facebook & yelp, or yelp & instagram), done on a weekly cadence.
photography // $75
most of our customers have existing photography that we can leverage – in fact, many have already paid a professional photographer to capture their business. we have no desire to charge people for something they already have, so if you’re able to provide us with photography for your purchase, we’ll work with that, free. if you need new photos taken, it’s $75 per selection (e.g., base package = $75, base package + social package = $150).
